Vocal Suite / Vocal Suite Pass Terms of Use
This page sets out the sales and usage conditions for the one-time purchase “ShushuLab Vocal Suite” and the subscription “Vocal Suite Pass” covering five products: Vocal Prep, Formant Preamp, Vahlune, Neravia, and Meldria.
1. What Is Included
The one-time purchase Vocal Suite covers five products: Vocal Prep, Formant Preamp, Vahlune, Neravia, and Meldria. In addition to these five products, Vocal Suite Pass allows use of Shushu Saturator as a member benefit during the subscription period. Separate features or simplified versions exclusive to the bundle are not provided.

The respective terms of use apply to each product’s license, system requirements, prohibited activities, warranties, updates, and other conditions.

3. One-Time Purchase Vocal Suite
The sale price is JPY 398,000 (tax included), paid in a single payment through Stripe Checkout. The JPY 141,000 difference from the combined individual price of JPY 539,000 for the five products is a discount for purchasing the set and does not guarantee future individual prices. After payment is confirmed, one-time purchase usage rights for the five products are provided.
4. Vocal Suite Pass
The monthly plan is JPY 9,800 (tax included) per month, and the annual plan is JPY 99,800 (tax included) per year. Subscription payments are processed through Stripe, and the subscription automatically renews each period until the user cancels. The five products and Shushu Saturator may be used during the subscription period. Pass usage rights for Shushu Saturator do not continue after the subscription ends.
The monthly or annual plan is selected when applying. You may select a different plan in Checkout before completing payment. After the subscription begins, payment methods, cancellation, and other settings are managed through the provided Stripe Customer Portal.
5. Cancellation and Usage Period
Cancelling Vocal Suite Pass stops the next renewal. After cancellation, you may continue using it until the end of the subscription period already paid for. After that period ends, further license renewals and Lease renewals are unavailable. Signed Leases for offline use also do not remain valid beyond the subscription period.
6. Delivery Method
For one-time purchases, download instructions are provided after payment is confirmed. For Vocal Suite Pass, usage rights for the five products and Shushu Saturator are synchronized to the purchaser’s account after payment and subscription status are confirmed. Activation for each product is managed through the plugin management screen.
7. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products, as a general rule we do not accept returns or refunds for one-time purchase products for the purchaser’s convenience, or refunds for paid Vocal Suite Pass periods for the user’s convenience. For duplicate payments, corrupted files, or serious defects reproducible in the stated operating environment, we will verify the issue and take measures such as providing a working product or corrected version, or issuing a refund. These conditions do not restrict users’ rights to an extent that is not permitted by law.
