Payment timing

One-time purchases are charged when the purchase procedure is completed. The initial Vocal Suite Pass payment is charged upon signup; thereafter, the subscription automatically renews and is charged each monthly or annual subscription period until canceled.

Delivery timing

For one-time purchases, download instructions for the five products together are issued after payment is confirmed. For Vocal Suite Pass, access to the five included products and Shushu Saturator is granted to the purchaser account after payment and subscription status are confirmed.

Subscription cancellation

You can stop the next renewal through the Stripe Customer Portal. After cancellation, you can continue using the products until the end of the subscription period already paid for; the subscription will not renew after that period ends.

Sales quantities / device limits

The device limits and device migration conditions for each included product are governed by that product’s terms of use.

The tested environments shown on each included product’s product page and in its terms of use apply.

Returns and refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, as a general rule we do not accept returns or refunds of one-time purchases for reasons attributable to the purchaser, or refunds of paid Vocal Suite Pass periods for reasons attributable to the user. We will review and address duplicate payments, corrupted files, or serious defects reproducible in the stated operating environment. This does not restrict users’ rights to an extent that is not permitted by law.
