Privacy Policy
ShushuLab (person responsible for operations: 上原すみれ) handles information obtained in connection with sales of ShushuLab Vocal Suite and Vocal Suite Pass, subscription management, license provision, and support in accordance with the following policy.
1. Information We Collect
- Purchaser account user IDs, display names, email addresses, and email verification status
- Stripe Checkout session identifiers, Customer identifiers, Subscription identifiers, Price identifiers, subscription status, subscription periods, and scheduled cancellation status
- Product identifiers and order status for one-time purchases, download tokens, issue dates and times, expiration dates, download counts, and download limits
- Plugin licenses, activation status, device names, and hash values generated from device identifying information
- Email sending status
- Information provided by users when making inquiries
Payment information, such as credit card numbers, is processed by Stripe, and ShushuLab does not store card numbers. Plugin authentication stores hash values for matching rather than the device identifying information itself.
2. Purposes of Use
- Confirming payment and subscription status, providing products, and managing subscription usage rights and licenses
- Activation, device migration, and issuance and renewal of offline Leases
- Providing purchase information, subscription management, update information, and support
- Preventing and investigating misuse, duplicate purchases, duplicate subscriptions, and security issues
- Retaining records required by law and addressing legal requirements
3. External Services
We use Stripe for payment processing and subscription management. Stripe’s handling of personal information is governed by its privacy policy and other applicable policies.
4. Disclosure to Third Parties
We do not provide personal information to third parties without the individual’s consent, except where provided for by law, where necessary to protect life, physical safety, or property, or where we entrust its handling to service providers to the extent necessary.
5. Retention Period and Security Measures
We retain collected information for the period necessary for legal compliance, purchase and subscription verification, product delivery, license management, support, and prevention of misuse. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymized by reasonable methods.
6. Disclosure, Correction, Deletion, and Other Requests
If you wish to request disclosure, correction, suspension of use, deletion, or other action concerning personal information we hold, please contact us with the information needed to verify your identity. We will respond in accordance with the law.
