Meldria Terms of Use

These Terms set out the conditions for using the software “Meldria” and related services provided by ShushuLab (seller and person responsible for operations: 上原すみれ). By purchasing or using the product, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

1. Product and Scope of Provision

Meldria is VST3 software for Windows that analyzes the overlap and spatial characteristics of a stereo 2mix and Sidechain Vocal, assisting their integration through dynamic masking relief and wet-only ambience matching. Operation and perceived sound vary depending on conditions such as the DAW, OS, audio material, and Sidechain routing. Users are responsible for final verification and production decisions.

2. License

  1. Each purchase permits use on one Windows device owned or managed by the purchaser.
  2. ShushuLab license activation is required before use.
  3. You may migrate to a new device after deactivating the previous device.
  4. The purchased major version may be used indefinitely in an environment in which it can operate.
  5. Music created using this product may be used for commercial or non-commercial purposes.
  6. You may not share the license, download URL, or product files with third parties.

3. Prohibited Activities

Transfer, resale, redistribution, lending, sharing, reverse engineering, circumvention of technical protection measures, distribution of modified versions, and other acts that infringe the rights of the seller or third parties are prohibited.

4. Price, Payment, and Delivery

The price is JPY 149,800 (tax included). Payment is made upon completion of credit card payment through Stripe, and a download URL is issued after payment is confirmed. Communication charges and similar costs are borne by the user.

5. Updates

Bug fixes and improvements may be provided within the same major version. The next major version may be offered under a separate license. Future support for all DAWs and operating systems, or future provision of specific features, is not guaranteed.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, returns and refunds for reasons attributable to the purchaser are not accepted. However, if you contact us within 7 days of purchase regarding a duplicate purchase, corrupted files, or a serious defect reproducible in the stated operating environment, we will endeavor to provide normal files or a corrected version and will issue a refund if the issue cannot be resolved. These Terms do not restrict users’ rights to an extent that is not permitted by law.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Copyright and other rights relating to this product and associated materials belong to the seller or the rightful rights holders. These Terms do not constitute a transfer of rights.

8. Suspension of Use

If a violation of these Terms, fraudulent payment, distribution to third parties, or other misuse is confirmed, the seller may suspend the license or provision of downloads.

9. Warranties and Liability

The seller does not warrant that the product will operate perfectly in every environment, that processing results will be suitable for a particular purpose, or that operation will be uninterrupted or free of defects. Except where the seller acts intentionally or with gross negligence, or where the Consumer Contract Act or other mandatory laws apply, the seller is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, or similar losses arising from use.

10. Changes to These Terms

Where reasonably necessary, we may change these Terms in accordance with the law. Important changes will be announced on this website.

11. Governing Law and Consultation

These Terms are governed by Japanese law. If a dispute arises, the parties will consult in good faith. If it cannot be resolved, the court with jurisdiction will be determined in accordance with the law.
