Neravia Terms of Use
These Terms set out the conditions for using the software “Neravia” and related services provided by ShushuLab (seller and person responsible for operations: 上原すみれ). By purchasing or using the product, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
1. Product and Scope of Provision
Neravia is VST3 software for Windows that stabilizes the perceived front-to-back position and distance of vocals. It is not a conventional compressor or reverb itself; it uses Direct and Early Field to make the necessary corrections. It has been tested with Windows 11 64-bit, Studio One 7 Professional, and 48 kHz. Operation and perceived sound may vary depending on the DAW, OS, audio material, and other conditions. Users are responsible for final checks and production decisions.
2. License
- Each purchase permits use on one Windows device owned or managed by the purchaser.
- You may transfer the product to a new device only after deleting it from the previous device.
- The purchased major version may be used indefinitely in an environment in which it can operate.
- Music created using this product may be used for commercial or non-commercial purposes.
- You may not share the license, download URL, or product files with third parties.
3. Prohibited Activities
Transfer, resale, redistribution, lending, sharing, reverse engineering, circumvention of technical protection measures, distribution of modified versions, and other acts that infringe the rights of the seller or third parties are prohibited.
4. Price, Payment, and Delivery
The sale price is JPY 129,800 (tax included). Payment is made upon completion of the credit card transaction through Stripe, and a download URL is issued immediately after payment is confirmed. Users bear communication charges and other such costs.
5. Updates
Bug fixes and improvements may be provided within the same major version. The next major version will be provided under a separate license, with a preferential upgrade price lower than the general sale price for existing license holders. Future compatibility with all DAWs and operating systems, or the future provision of specific features, is not guaranteed.
6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns or refunds for the purchaser’s convenience. However, if you contact us within 7 days of purchase regarding a duplicate purchase, file corruption, or a serious defect reproducible in the stated operating environment, we will endeavor to provide a working file or corrected version and will issue a refund if the issue cannot be resolved. Problems arising from individual DAW, OS, or plugin configurations or operating conditions are excluded. These Terms do not restrict users’ rights to an extent that is not permitted by law.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
Copyright and other rights relating to this product and associated materials belong to the seller or the rightful rights holders. These Terms do not constitute a transfer of rights.
8. Suspension of Use
If a violation of these Terms, fraudulent payment, distribution to third parties, or other misuse is confirmed, the seller may suspend the license or provision of downloads.
9. Warranties and Liability
The seller does not warrant that the product will operate perfectly in every environment, that processing results will be suitable for a particular purpose, or that operation will be uninterrupted or free of defects. Except where the seller acts intentionally or with gross negligence, or where the Consumer Contract Act or other mandatory laws apply, the seller is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, or similar losses arising from use.
10. Changes to These Terms
Where reasonably necessary, we may change these Terms in accordance with the law. Important changes will be announced on this website.
11. Governing Law and Consultation
These Terms are governed by Japanese law. If a dispute arises, the parties will consult in good faith. If it cannot be resolved, the court with jurisdiction will be determined in accordance with the law.
