Shushu Saturator Terms of Use
These Terms set out the conditions for using the software “Shushu Saturator” and related services provided by ShushuLab (seller and person responsible for operations: 上原すみれ).
1. Product and Scope of Provision
Shushu Saturator is VST3 software for Windows that adds harmonics, density, and texture to audio. It has been tested with Windows 11 64-bit, Studio One 7 Professional, and 48 kHz.
2. License
- A one-time purchase permits use on one Windows device owned or managed by the purchaser.
- The major version acquired through a one-time purchase may be used indefinitely in an environment in which it can operate.
- Usage rights through Vocal Suite Pass are valid only during the subscription period. After the subscription ends, you lose those rights unless you separately hold a one-time purchase license.
- Music created using this product may be used for commercial or non-commercial purposes.
- You may not share the license, download URL, or product files with third parties.
3. Prohibited Activities
Transfer, resale, redistribution, lending, sharing, reverse engineering, circumvention of technical protection measures, distribution of modified versions, and other acts that infringe the rights of the seller or third parties are prohibited.
4. Price, Payment, and Delivery
The one-time purchase price is JPY 9,800 (tax included). A download URL is issued after payment through Stripe is confirmed. Vocal Suite Pass subscribers may use the product at no additional charge as a benefit during their subscription period. The fees, renewal, and cancellation conditions of Vocal Suite Pass itself are governed by the information and terms for that Pass.
5. Updates
Bug fixes and improvements may be provided within the same major version. Compatibility with future operating systems, DAWs, or all other environments is not guaranteed.
6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns or refunds for the purchaser’s convenience. However, if you contact us within 7 days of purchase regarding a duplicate purchase, file corruption, or a serious defect reproducible in the stated operating environment, we will endeavor to provide a working file or corrected version and will issue a refund if the issue cannot be resolved. These Terms do not restrict users’ rights to an extent that is not permitted by law.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
Copyright and other rights relating to this product and associated materials belong to the seller or the rightful rights holders.
8. Suspension of Use
If a violation of these Terms, fraudulent payment, distribution to third parties, or other misuse is confirmed, the seller may suspend the license or provision of downloads.
9. Warranties and Liability
The seller does not warrant that the product will operate perfectly in every environment, that particular acoustic results will be achieved, or that operation will be uninterrupted or free of defects. Liability is not limited to an extent that is not permitted by law.
10. Changes to These Terms
Where reasonably necessary, we may change these Terms in accordance with the law. Important changes will be announced on this website.
11. Governing Law and Consultation
These Terms are governed by Japanese law.
