ShushuLab (person responsible for operations: 上原すみれ) handles information obtained in connection with sales of Shushu Saturator, provision of usage rights through Vocal Suite Pass, and support in accordance with the following policy.

- Identifying information required for licenses, device activation, Leases, and downloads
- Download tokens, issue dates and times, expiration dates, download counts, and download limits

Payment information, such as credit card numbers, is processed by Stripe and is not stored in ShushuLab’s order data.
2. Purposes of Use
- Confirming payment and subscription status, providing products, and managing licenses
- Granting and suspending usage rights according to the validity period of Vocal Suite Pass
- Providing purchase information, update information, and support
- Preventing and investigating misuse, duplicate purchases, and security issues
- Retaining records required by law and addressing legal requirements
3. External Services
We use Stripe to process payments and subscriptions. Stripe’s handling of personal information is governed by its privacy policy and other applicable policies.
