Payment timing

One-time purchases are paid for when the purchase procedure is completed. For Vocal Suite Pass, the application screen and terms for that Pass apply.

Product delivery

For a one-time purchase, a download URL is issued after payment is confirmed. For Vocal Suite Pass, usage rights are granted after an active subscription is verified.

Quantity and permitted devices

Each license permits use on one Windows device. Usage rights through Vocal Suite Pass are valid only during the subscription period.

System requirements

Tested with Windows 11 64-bit, VST3 64-bit, Studio One 7 Professional, and 48 kHz. Other environments have not been tested.

Returns and refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, returns and refunds for the purchaser’s convenience are not accepted. Please contact us within 7 days of purchase for duplicate purchases, corrupted files, or serious defects reproducible in the stated operating environment. We will provide a working file or corrected version and issue a refund if the issue cannot be resolved.
