Insert on the 2mix bus and send the vocal to the Sidechain.
1. Installation
Place Meldria.vst3 from the distribution ZIP in C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3\, then rescan VST3 plug-ins in your DAW.
2. Routing
Do not insert Meldria directly on the vocal track. The dry Sidechain vocal signal is not mixed into Meldria's output.
3. Controls
Integration sets the amount of dynamic relief in frequency bands where the vocal and 2mix overlap; Space sets the amount of wet-only ambience matched to the spatial character of the 2mix; Preserve Width sets how much the Side component is protected; Output is the final stereo output trim.
The defaults are Integration 65% / Space 45% / Preserve Width 70% / Output 0 dB.
4. Activation
Before activation, the 2mix passes through safely. Use ACTIVATE in the plug-in to open ShushuLab's activation page and assign your purchased license to this device. After activation, the signed license is verified on the device.
5. When no Sidechain signal is received
The UI displays a notice that the Sidechain is not configured. Check that Meldria is inserted on the MUSIC / 2mix BUS and that the vocal track sends to Meldria's Sidechain input.
